Shaq and Wife Reach Divorce Settlement

Shaquille O'Neal and his estranged wife, Shaunie have reached a settlement in their divorce ... TMZ has learned.

Shaunie's mega-lawyer, Sorrell Trope, tells TMZ Shaq and Shaunie have reached agreement on all terms of the divorce, including property, custody and support.

Under the agreement, the Florida courts will have jurisdiction to officially divorce the couple. In addition, a Florida judge will handle any issues that may arise involving property division and spousal support.

Trope tells TMZ the California courts will have jurisdiction over any issues related to child custody.

As we first reported, Shaunie filed for legal separation in California back in November, just days after moving to L.A. with their kids. We've learned Shaunie just filed a petition to dismiss the separation action.

Shaunie O’Neal is featured in the new issue of Essence magazine.  And looking fabulous in it while playing with her kiddies.  She did an 8 page spread for the mag about her new show, her marriage to Shaq, and why she FINALLY left.
Her new reality show on VH1 is called “Basketball Wives,” and it premieres on Sunday, April 11th at 10PM ET/PT.

Jamie McCourt Strikes Out in Court

Frank McCourt won't have to see his wife around the office -- at least for now. A judge just shut down Jamie McCourt's bid to be reinstated as CEO of the Los Angeles Dodgers.


And, in a scene straight out of "War of the Roses," the judge ruled Jamie gets exclusive rights to the family swimming pool in Holmby Hills between 6 AM and 2 PM.

The judge also ruled Jamie gets exclusive use for now of the couple's Malibu home, each gets 2 trips to their various homes to remove their valuables and neither one can remove the other's name from their credit cards.

Frank fired Jamie last month after the bitter split in a marriage that lasted nearly 30 years.

Dodgers Owner -- Cold as Ice

There's a reason Los Angeles Dodgers owner Frank McCourt bleeds Dodger blue -- judging from the way he fired his wife of 30 years ... his blood is colder than ice.



TMZ obtained the "Notice of Termination" Frank MAILED to his soon-to-be-ex wife Jamie -- who was fired from her job as co-CEO of the team the day before the Dodgers were eliminated from the playoffs. Mind you, this letter was sent just 2 weeks before the couple's 30th wedding anniversary.

The letter begins, "Dear Jamie -- This is to inform you that your employment with and positions as Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairperson of Los Angeles Dodgers LLC, as well as any and all of the positions that you hold ... are hereby terminated effective immediately."

Though hard to believe, it gets even colder:

"Because your employment is held at-will, the Organization is not required to have cause to terminate your employment and may do so for any reason or no reason at all.

However, your actions, including, but not limited to, your insubordination, non-responsiveness, failure to follow procedures, and inappropriate behavior with regard to a direct subordinate, have made this decision necessary."

And for good measure, we've also learned Frank locked Jamie out of her office today. We're told Jamie called her assistant and asked her to open the office door -- she was informed her key no longer worked.

Nice touch Frank.

You live in California.........

She ......will .......get 50%....

You........fired .....your wife......publicly.........

Best case scenario........you end up with the starting pitching......and the Dodger infield.....She ends up with the outfield........and the bullpen.

This is going to get ........real ......ugly.........real.......fast.

AP NewsBreak: Wade sues estranged wife, attorneys

Dwyane Wade .....has had enough.

MIAMI (AP) — Dwyane Wade sued his estranged wife and two of her lawyers Wednesday over accusations the Miami Heat star contracted a sexually transmitted disease through an extramarital affair.

In the lawsuit, a copy of which was obtained by The Associated Press, Wade is seeking at least $50,000 in damages from each defendant.

Siohvaughn Wade said last month the player infected her with an unspecified disease in 2007. Weeks later, she withdrew the claim from the court hearing the divorce case for unknown reasons.

What?????????

That wasn't enough to satisfy the 2006 NBA finals MVP, who said her allegations not only defamed him, but caused "embarrassment" and "humiliation" along with damaging future earning potential.

"It has been difficult to see false allegations, rumors and gossip repeatedly discussed in public about my personal life," Dwyane Wade said in a statement released to the AP. "I had no other choice but to file this action in order to clear my name."

Wade declined further comment.

What a "class A" bitch! Let's hope she has to pay out every last dime. And her lawyers too. Are they that stupid? She is divorcing an NBA mega superstar and stands to clear millions in child support and alimony payments.

But to put out allegations such as these..........them take them back.......makes her look like.....well........a "stoned cold" bitch!

Dywane........by the way .......is having his best statistical year ever........and is the 2nd leading scorer in the NBA thus far.
