Sementara Marvelous dirawat karena luka pada pertarungan sebelumnya, Joe pergi untuk menemui Barizorg dengan maksud menyadarkan dia. Sementara itu Derratzeiger kembali menyerang bumi. Gikaigerpun segera menghadapinya. Disaat mereka terdesak, Joe yang hampir putus asa kemudian teringat kawan-kawannya. Dia pun bergegas kembali dan di jalan dia bertemu Kaoru yang akhirnya memberikan rahasia kekuatan Shinkenger. Pada episode ini diceritakan bagaimana Joe dan Marvelous bertemu juga Gokaiger memiliki kekuatan baru yaitu Shinken Gokai-oh.
